I'm excited to announce that my first cohort is FULL!

This is a 90 day transformation program that has been in my heart on on my mind for YEARS, and it is finally happening! I'm so grateful for this first group because they get to see my heart and soul poured into this program.

It is a blend of nutrition support and yoga practice to guide the individual back into a balanced lifestyle that is as unique as they are.

I'm there every Thursday for a wellness open house called Intuitive Thursday. This is a great opportunity to try something new for your wellbeing including yoga, tarot, and sound bowls.

When making lunch feels overwhelming, lean into leftovers!

I know they're not everyone's favorite, but making a little extra at dinner can save you time and energy in preparing tomorrow's lunch. You don't have to re-eat the entire meal, simply cook some extra protein or some extra rice or pasta and use that as your base for your next meal.

Then top it with a delicious sauce, add some fruit or veggies and you're ready to go.

No additional prep
No additional mental load
No additional work

That's my kind of meal!!

When the world feels heavy, take a moment to pause and connect with your body and breath.

September 22 is the autumn equinox, the first day of fall. The days start getting shorter as we move into a season of rest (winter).

This traditional practice of 108 Surya Namaskar brings about a meditative mindset and helps the body release what is no longer needed.

108 represents the unity and wholeness of existence. Ever heard of the Fibonacci sequence? Ancient Sanskrit texts actually predate Leonardo Fibonacci's "discovery" by centuries and mention the same sequence! The sequence has a repeating series of 24 digits which add up to...you guessed it...108!

There is no rush in this practice and there will be plenty of breaks, so come as you are and unlock this season with us.
