You may be leaving some desired results on the table if you are only doing PT and Chiropractic.
We always say this: muscle, fascia and tendons act as the glue that holds the bones together.
If you remove the glue, all that is left is free floating bone that would fall to the floor. Adjusting your way to pain is temporary relief at best if you're not doing soft tissue work, just as PT without any soft tissue work is like trying to mold clay that has hardened.
