We are deeply grateful to the Schaumburg Township Mental Health Board for their continued investment in The Bridge and in the community members we serve every day.

Last year, a grant from the Schaumburg Township Mental Health Board made it possible for us to launch our Case Management pilot program, a milestone we are incredibly proud of. Through a coordinated care approach, our Case Management services have connected youth and families with the resources, guidance, and advocacy they need to navigate systems and access the supports available to them.

This year, we are honored to share that the Schaumburg Township Mental Health Board has awarded us continued funding, allowing us to build on that success and expand our work across three core programs: Mental Health, Family Stabilization, and Case Management.

60+ Years of The Bridge 🤍

From our beginnings in 1965 as the Palatine Township Youth Committee to becoming The Bridge Youth & Family Services, a name chosen by the very youth we serve, our mission has always been rooted in connection, care, and community.

For over six decades, The Bridge has been a trusted source of support for local youth and families, providing compassionate mental health services that foster resilience, strengthen relationships, and help build brighter futures.

These throwback moments remind us how far we’ve come, and why we continue this work every day.

Consistency isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, even when your energy, mood, or motivation feels low. It’s continuing forward in small, meaningful ways.

Give yourself credit for the effort, not just the outcome. Those partially filled circles are proof you kept going.
