Due to the weather concerns of hurricane Milton, our Primary Care offices will be closed Wednesday 10/09/24 & Thursday 10/10/24

Our Palatka and Crescent city Primary Care offices will resume normal business hours on Friday, October 11th weather and conditions permitting.

Express Urgent Care will be open 8am-12pm Wednesday 10/09/24, and will be closed all day Thursday 10/10/24.

We hope that everyone stays calm and safe during this storm.
