We are very excited to announce the new Recover-Care West presence in the Grand Valley! The building formerly known as Palisades Living Center is now Orchard Valley Health and Rehabilitation and is under new ownership and management. We are introducing new programs for employees and residents, including upgraded clinical computer programs and a competitive wage scale. It is a privilege to be a part your community and to serve your loved ones. The day was filled with laughter, joy, and beautiful moments as we shared sweet treats and lively conversations.

Santa made a special appearance and spread joy with lots of presents and smiles all around! 🎅✨ We had such a blast celebrating with our residents, and it's heartwarming to see everyone come together for this festive occasion. The festive spirit is truly in the air as Canyon View Care Center joined the holiday parade in Palisade, CO! 🎄✨ It was wonderful to see the community come together, filled with laughter and cheer. Residents and staff had a fantastic time celebrating the season, spreading joy and warmth along the parade route.
