You’ve been holding it together… but it’s getting heavy.

I work with individuals and couples navigating grief, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Many people I work with are doing their best to keep going on the outside, while internally something still feels unresolved.

Maybe it is grief that has not eased with time.
Maybe it is trauma that still shows up in daily life.
Maybe it is relationship pain, distance, estrangement, or difficult decisions that feel overwhelming.

Therapy is a space to slow down, understand your story, process what you have been through, and begin creating real, lasting change.

Helping you mourn, mend, and find meaning.

If you are ready to take the next step, reach out to get started.

If you’ve ever felt ashamed of how you showed up with your kids after a long, overwhelming day, you are not the only one.

A lot of dads want to be patient, steady, and present—but in real life, stress builds, emotions run high, and suddenly you’re reacting in ways that don’t feel like the kind of father you want to be.

Emotional regulation is not about being calm all the time.
It’s about learning how to slow down enough to respond instead of explode, shut down, or disconnect.

You do not have to be perfect to be a safe parent.
You do not have to get it right every time to repair.
And you are not failing because this is hard.

If this is something you’re struggling with, therapy can help.

Supporting someone in pain is sacred work — but it’s also exhausting.

If you're walking beside someone who’s hurting, this is your permission slip:
❤️‍🩹 You can feel overwhelmed.
❤️‍🩹 You can feel scared.
❤️‍🩹 You can want to help and still not know how.

My latest blog is for you — the friend, partner, sibling, or parent wondering how to show up when someone feels lost.

You don't need the perfect words.
You don't need to "fix" them.
You just need to show up sometimes.

When someone you love seems off- withdrawn, irritable, or just not themselves, it's ok to ask.
"You've been on my mind. How are you really doing. Not what, but how?"

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month
I wrote a blog for those walking alongside someone who may be quietly struggling.

You may have someone in your life silently suffering. Show up and be present regardless if you don't know what to say. All the research shows that if you ask it reduces the chances of follow through. I have a new blog post that discusses the heavy conversation. ***deprevention ***deAwareness

August 30 is National Grief Awareness Day.
This is a reminder that grief doesn't follow a timeline — or look one specific way.

It can be loud or quiet.
It can show up years later.
It can be rooted in death, estrangement, miscarriage, divorce, or dreams that never came to be.

Whatever you’re mourning — it matters.
You matter.
