Expand 26 is always a fun class to teach and to take! This class is based on our original hot yoga class, Hot 26, but in the second set of each posture, your instructor will offer some variations. Sometimes the variations will be deeper expressions of the original, sometimes a more laid back version. The beauty is that the more you take this class, the more variations you learn and you really do get to choose your own adventure in the second sets of this class. It’s a fun time! In this video you see a nice variety of postures in each clip! Great for all levels.

Our Fall Challenge is back and we begin TOMORROW, Tuesday, October 7th!

Summer is over, kids are back into their school routines, and the busy holiday season is creeping up quickly! This means NOW is the time to reset your focus on self. It’s less than 90 days until the new year, and there is no need to wait to get back to your movement, yoga, and fitness routines. If you, like me, need a little motivation and group dynamic to keep consistent, this challenge is for you.

Starting this Tuesday, October 7th we’ll go for 25 days of a consistent practice; this doesn’t necessarily mean everyday. It might for you, but for most of us, our busy lives may not allow it.

What’s your goal? The fact is you should be lifting some weights, doing some cardio, working on mobility, and catching a bit of yoga on the regular. Luckily our combo of HIIT and yoga classes can give you all of that!

Set a goal of CONSISTENCY + FREQUENCY. For each of us that might look a little different. 10? 12? 15? 20? classes in 25 days? Only you can decide, but we are happy to help you decide and help you meet your goal!

Pick up a challenge card at the front desk. You’ll post your card up in studio and get to keep track of your progress with your fellow practitioners. You ready? You might not feel ready, but guess what? You can do it anyway!
