🎉 December 2025 Whatever It Takes (WIT) Winner: Rosette! 🎉

Life Care Center of Palm Bay celebrates Rosette Edouard, CNA, as the December 2025 WIT Champion! After being nominated by Ellen Hutchinson, Director of Nursing, Rosette was ultimately selected by her peers as the winner.

Originally from Haiti, Rosette knew from a very young age that she wanted to help others and has now been a CNA for over 25 years. Rosette has been married for 46 years and is the proud mother of 3 children, grandmother of 9, and great-grandmother of 3! Congratulations to you, Rosette! 🥳
