Nourish Yoga and Wellness, LLC Making yoga accessible to EVERY BODY to function and feel better. I have been teaching yoga since 2014.

My mission is to inspire adults to live more energetically and vibrantly by helping them incorporate simple changes in their lifestyle. I strongly believe in making yoga available for EVERY BODY, and specialize in working with beginners and older adults. I completed the 200 Hour Teacher Training with Yoga From the Heart in Coppell, TX and am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200) with Yoga Alliance.
