Devonshire and Chatsworth, Devonshire’s continuing care neighborhood, distributed more than $425,000 to eligible hourly team members through its 2025 Employee Appreciation Fund (EAF). The EAF gifts/awards, made possible through generous donations from warm-hearted residents in June and in December, were dispersed during an Employee Appreciation Fund Event. The awards served as a thank you for providing residents with industry-leading services that enhance the community’s engaging, worry-free lifestyle.
