Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Preferably, at least 1 year of CNA experience
• Valid CNA certification
• CPR certification
• Liability Ins
• Level 2 background check
• Doctor's Physical and TB record
• CEU's (HIV, HIPAA, Abuse & Neglect ,Patient Rights, Alzheimer's, Domestic Violence, Assisting with Medication) CAN ALSO DO IN THE OFFICE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Empathetic approach towards clients' needs
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Ensures strict confidentiality and security of client medical information
Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Provide exceptional nursing care to residents
• Execute designated procedures and initiatives effectively
• Collaborate with departmental and cross-departmental teams
• Report relevant information to immediate supervisors
• Promptly respond to inquiries and information requests
• Support departmental operations as directed by supervisors
• Maintain up-to-date State ID, CPR Card, and Physical documentation

• Preferably, at least 1 year of HHA experience
• Valid HHA certification

Weekly schedule: • Choose your own hours • Every weekend • Monday to Friday • No weekends • Rotating weekends • Weekends as needed
