Our Criticalist, Dr. Kris Ramdass shared this adorable albino hedgehog with us, and we couldn’t resist showing him off!

While many know us for caring for dogs and cats, our team is also proud to provide emergency and specialty care for avian, reptile and exotic pets, too! These unique companions deserve knowledgeable veterinary care, and we are proud to be here for them!

🩸 Not all heroes wear capes… some wear bandanas.

Last week this very brave girl, Birdie, visited our hospital to become a Blood Donor Hero through our Blood Bank & Donor Program. She was calm, patient, and incredibly sweet during her blood draw, helping provide life-saving blood for dogs who may be fighting trauma, severe anemia, surgery complications, or immune-mediated disease.

Blood transfusions are one of the most critical tools in emergency and specialty medicine, and donations like this can truly save multiple lives.

We are so proud of Birdie and incredibly grateful to the families who allow their dogs to be part of our donor program. Because of donors like her, we’re able to help pets when they need it most. ❤️🐾

On Wednesdays, we wear pink… and pack the house for CE! 💅

Last Wednesday we had a full house at Seasons 52 for an incredible night of learning, laughs, and collaboration with our amazing RDVM community! 🥼🩺

Our Criticalist Dr. Kris Ramdass kept us on our toes breaking down anaphylaxis (because apparently it’s NOT that easy being wheezy), while Dr. Mike Robbins served up some seriously valueable insights on clinical nutrition- proving that good medicine starts with what’s in the bowl! 🥣

✨A huge THANK YOU to our partners at for helping make the evening possible, and supporting continued education in our veterinary community!✨

And because we couldn’t resist a little fun… our guests even signed the Burn Book before heading out. Let’s just say… you can’t sit with us… unless you’re coming to our next CE! 😉
