Your body can only process so much protein at one time. Overloading every meal doesn’t improve results… it can actually stress digestion and metabolism.

Here’s the smarter strategy 👇

• Focus on leaner cuts of protein
• 4–6 ounces per meal is usually enough
• Fish, chicken, and lean beef are great options
• Smaller portions improve absorption
• Use dairy strategically for variety and tolerance
• Sheep and goat cheeses (like feta or yogurt) are often easier to digest
