I am so happy about the FDA updates to estrogen labeling. Now if we can get a testosterone product approved for women, that would be fantastic!

It’s about time!! The FDA has announced they are removing the black box warning from estrogen products. So many of my patients and friends have been scared off of hormones when we know that the evidence is overwhelmingly positive for hormone replacement. Let’s hope the next generation of women will be able to take advantage of the science!

I've been saying this for years. Glad we have research to support this! Stay away from the bubbles, the artificial sweeteners, and the other irritants! Water is best!

| Bad news for Diet Coke lovers? This study shows that urgency incontinence (not being able to get to the toilet in time) was associated with intake of caffeinated, carbonated, and citrus beverages and high-acid foods. If you find yourself running to the bathroom; water is best!

One of the most exciting additions to my therapeutic armamentarium has been knowledge and use of peptide therapy.
