The "Butterfly" signifies the positive change we will make in both the body and spirit; the "Mountain" represents a sacred gathering place for like minded people. I have started a new career path as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach by enrolling in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition ("IIN") based out of New York, New York. IIN's "mission is to play a crucial role in improving health and happiness, and through that process, create a ripple effect that transforms the world". This page will chronicle my journey to health, peace, and happiness and try to help others achieve these same goals. Butterfly Mountain will still hand-make all natural, homemade, soaps, lotion bars, and solid perfumes with Florida's natural flora; and provide local, environmental friendly, and sustainable living ideas, recipes and products to help everyone in these tough economic times utilize their natural resources to grow physically, mentally and spiritually. In addition, the page will let you know how, what, and when to plant herbs, veggies, and fruit and incorporate what you already have in your backyard to use in both food recipes and natural cleansers for your home and body.
