Originally from Buffalo, New York, Dr. Damerau earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University. He received his dental degree from the University of Florida College of dentistry and has devoted thousands of hours to high level continuing education including a residency at the Parker E. Mayhan Facial Pain Center at Shands Teaching Hospital. Dr. Damerau has taught at The Veterans Administration Hospital and Palm Beach Community College. Spare Time
