February was fun!

I started recording videos every single day starting December 1… the day I decided I couldn’t stay stuck in that place anymore or life was going to fall apart… they are saved in a folder on my phone “weightloss documentary #2”..

Looking back on the videos is hard. I see how much I was carrying… But I can also see the moment I chose to keep moving forward.

This wasn’t about “bouncing back.” It was about feeling stronger, lighter, and more like myself again. My family needed me and I knew if I sat in the sadness much longer it was just going to keep getting harder. The past few years I’ve had to remind myself pretty often that no one is coming to save me … you either make things happen/change or you don’t...and time passes no matter what! I leaned into the support and structure that felt right, and I stayed consistent.

If you’re postpartum, healing, or just trying to feel better in your body again, let this be your reminder: you do not have to have it all figured out to start. And once you decide to start, keep going a lot can change in a few months.

❤️ IVF UPDATE: We are currently waiting on a genetic probe to be made for the PGT-M so it will be a few weeks before we start the process

Summer Salad Sunday 🌽🍑🧀🍅

The key to this salad is everything is local and in-season. When everything is fresh, you barely need a recipe.

Sweet summer corn, heirloom tomatoes, juicy peaches and nectarines.
Creamy burrata
Scatter fresh basil
Flaky sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper
A drizzle of olive oil

Let everything sit at room temp for 10 minutes so the flavors can mingle.

Visit your bestie at work day 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Still trying to wrap my head around this surreal experience. Stepping into the Oval Office, standing feet away from the original Declaration of Independence, walking the same halls where history was made.
It was humbling, emotional, and something I’ll never forget!!! What moved me most wasn’t just the history or the new stunning gold decor, but the people who have dedicated their lives to serving this country. Through every high and low, quietly doing the work of democracy. (Even across multiple administrations) And no one embodies that more than . I am endlessly proud of this girl for standing by the President’s side for eight years with strength, elegance, and looking 🔥🔥🔥 while doing it all. This visit reminded me just how incredible this country truly is and how many people work every day to keep it that way. 🇺🇸🇺🇸
