What you consistently do every day can impact your health and quality of life now and in the future.

When you consistently add nutrient-dense ingredients to your daily routine and reduce processed foods, you are nourishing and protecting your health and reducing your risk of diseases.

Whole foods in their most natural form carry an abundance of nutrients with disease fighting properties. In contrary, processed foods are typically loaded with refined sugar, low grade inflammatory vegetable oils and disgusting additives and fillers. In addition, processed foods are commonly higher in calories, low in fiber and lack any nutritional benefits.

The first step to changing your behavior is to be aware of what you do consistently. Start by making a plan with small and reasonable goals.

You can start by including a few whole and healthy ingredients into your weekly routine. If you are currently eating processed foods 3-4 times a week, try making a goal of reducing it to one to two meals a week. One step at a time and remember that change is a process and what’s really important is to be patient and stay on track.
