Society faces a crisis due to lack of trust and structure provided for those in recovery for alcohol and substance abuse. Roots to Recovery (RTR) provides security, trust, and structure while introducing faith into recovery for all individuals.
RTR is licensed residence with to be trained staff that provide life-skills and Person-Centered Care (PCC), relapse and su***de prevention, smoking cessation, financial tools, holistic benefits, community involvement, Evidenced-Based Programs (EBP), and the safety for medication management through a structured, balanced, responsible home. Additional to EBP, clients are held individually responsible by use of the Phase Program. A live-in manager oversees operations, leads mandatory "House Meetings" and "Family Dinners", conducts drug screenings and inspections. Owner, managers, staff, and volunteers are screened for client safety. Providing trust, structure, and individual accountability, faith is reintroduced back to recovery residence.
We strive to lead by example and set moral principles during the opioid crisis. FL's statute declares it unlawful for any person to engage in patient brokering and RTR strives to educate staff, residents, and resident's family about avoiding this. By demanding transparency, we differ from our competitors. Encouraging family engagement eliminates vulnerability and victimization.

Brief professional history involves of but not restricted to:10 years dedicated to medicine, maintain FL License of Radiology, Associate of Applied Health Science (AAS), Advanced Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist (ACRPS), finalized Recovery Residence Administrator (RRA) degree from The Academy for Addiction Professionals (CRRA is in final process of Certification with FL board). Assisted in opening of Urgent Care, Keiser Class and Phi Betta Kappa President, ASRT member, and National Athlete.
