Day 28 Swimming Dragon.
This exercise does so much for your body. For your longevity. It wakes up your whole spine with the twisting motion. You will feel this in your thighs. It is challenging for some. Try it and let me know what you think.

Day 27 Cloud Hands. For mental clarity, regulating your emotional state, releasing tension, improved coordination. These movements just feel wonderful on so many levels. So why would not be doing them?
