We had an incredible opportunity to bring a group of our students to for an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience! ⛳️

Our participants met with the golf course superintendent and course maintenance manager, gaining valuable insight into the tools, machines, and daily operations that keep the course in top shape.

Project LIFT's Volunteer Mentorship Program pairs adult male mentors with young men in our program who are working on their high school diploma, learning hands-on trades, and overcoming personal challenges.

Your employee can shape the future of a young man's life just by showing up consistently, offering valuable advice, and being a positive role model for them.

This opportunity is open to male mentors only and is perfect for companies who offer volunteer hours. This commitment is for 1-2 hours a week at Project LIFT in Hobe Sound.

Whether you’re ready to launch your new career or you're an employer looking to invest in skilled talent — this electrical apprenticeship program is for you!

To qualify, you must be:

✔️ 18+ with a valid driver's license and ready to work
OR
✔️ An electrical contractor ready to sponsor the future workforce

Apprentices will receive hands-on training, $15/hour starting wage, certifications, and no student debt!

Our Story

Project L.I.F.T. (Life Initiatives for Teens) is an organization with a primary investment in the lives of youth,”by introducing skills that will inspire youth to explore opportunities to be successful outside of delinquent behavior. Project LIFT challenges youth both physically and mentally while they interact with positive mentors. Members learn how to manage their anger, attitude and emotions, including depression, anxiety, impulse issues and substance abuse. Many of our youth are also in need of continuity, security, and academic assistance, which we also provide. Success Rate for Project Lift in Florida


  • 83% of participants graduate Project Life alcohol and drug free

  • 72% of members involved in the criminal justice system do not re-offend
