🌟 Project LIFT is proud to welcome Jill Marasa to our Board of Directors!

Jill brings an incredible depth of experience in development and economic growth across the Treasure Coast. She currently serves as Director of Development for Ashley Capital, one of the nation’s largest privately held industrial real estate investment companies, where she oversees over 2,000 acres of land in Martin and St. Lucie Counties — including Sunrise Grove Commerce Center, Martin Commerce Park, and Pruitt Commerce Center.

Her career journey spans financial services in New York and New Jersey to key economic development roles with the Business Development Board of Martin County and the Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County, where she led business retention, expansion, and recruitment efforts.

We are so excited to have Jill on our team and look forward to working together to expand our reach and continue transforming the lives of teens and young adults across the Treasure Coast!

✨ A Day in the Life of Mentorship at Project LIFT ✨

Our volunteer mentors play a powerful role in shaping futures. By working alongside our young men, they help build confidence, teach valuable life and trade skills, and often become the mentors these young men have never had.

No trades experience? No problem! What matters most is your willingness to show up and make a difference. Just 1–2 hours a week can change a life.

👉 If you’re a male in our community ready to give back, we’d love for you to join us at Project LIFT Hobe Sound!

Our Project LIFT Belle Glade welding students designed and built a stunning metal sculpture for the Belle Glade Chamber of Commerce! 🛠️

This piece celebrates the heart of Belle Glade — honoring agriculture, football, sugar cane, crop dusters, and everything that makes this community special.

We’re proud to see our students not only learning valuable skills but also leaving a lasting impact right here in their hometown!

Thank you to everyone who attended this celebration to support Project LIFT and the Glades community.

🌟 Meet Mark, one of our incredible Volunteer Mentors at Project LIFT! 🌟

With years of experience in the automotive industry and a genuine desire to give back, Mark is making a real difference in the lives of our students.

One of the young men he mentors shared, “He is a good person and a great mechanic.”

Our male-only mentorship program is an amazing opportunity to guide, inspire, and support young men as they build skills and confidence.

Pick a day of your choice — Monday-Thursday — for 1-2 hours each week at Project LIFT Hobe Sound to be the mentor a young man needs.

✨ Meet Nicholas ✨

Using the carpentry skills he’s learning at Project LIFT, he’s building a ship inspired by one of his favorite games. Before coming here, Nicholas had never even picked up a drill, but now he’s gaining valuable hands-on experience with tools that will serve him well into the future. 💪

None of this growth would be possible without the generosity of our incredible supporters! Thank you for changing lives like Nicholas’s every day.
