This event is a FREE and LIVE brainstorming session for anyone in the Rasa Healing Network to share their feedback, questions, struggles and goals with establishing connection to their own intuition. We did amazing things in 2025. Swipe to check it out 👉

💌 I know this might feel late to some, but I typically don't acknowledge a new year until the new moon in Capricorn which isn't until later this month. 😶‍🌫️🤷‍♀️

🧐 We share these stats to be transparent about our work with the public and assess our own progress and goals. AND if you know me, you know I have a "just keep swimming attitude" about my mission so it's hard to see my progress and this helps me put things into perspective.

Some highlights:

💫 I offered 930 total Akashic Sessions if you combine individual clients with research clients

💫 We offered 4 6-week Akashic Trainings, 1 every quarter in 2025. To get a sense...that's roughly 60 hours of teaching time.

💫 After 3 years, we finally closed our call for participants in Akashic Research and began the intensive data analysis phase

💫 We hit academia hard by boldly bringing our research to open public forums for consideration and dialog despite not having results (are we crazy? Yes, yes we are!)

This is the reason why I'm not on social media as much lately. Thank you for your support and loyalty to my work and what it could mean to mental health. I'll continue to keep everyone updated.

Just sitting in a cave working. Sometimes I feel behind.. Am I doing enough? Am I living out my full potential? I am reminded by those close to me that momentum is both loud and quiet, big and small and I'm making a difference.

To be very honest, it doesn't always feel that way when you're building something no one has done before.

But I'm committed to the walk. And I proudly own deep stewardship of this work. I WILL see it through. I WILL see it on stage, shining, someday. Today...I walk. ✨️

And I'll keep wearing this awkward hat of researcher until it fits.

My proposal was accepted for the 2026 ACEP international conference. I'll be giving a 2 hour talk and learning lab to licensed and mental health providers in May in Reston, VA.

💥The title of my talk is: "The Akashic Field and the Plane of Possibility: A Clinical Exploration"

ACEP, or the association for comprehensive energy psychology, is a wonderful leap for my work. As you may remember, I attended their conference this past summer and squeaked about my work to everyone who would listen.

I have a great wiggle game..... I ate lunch with their research committee, I asked Harvard trained Dr. Dan Siegal about the Akasha while he was on a public stage addressing 300+ people, and I approached higher ups to introduce myself and announce my intent to apply the following year.

My why is simple: I'm not about the finite gatekeeping systems of mental health. The Akashic Records have helped thousands of people in my practice, and I don't want that information to die with me. Enter: Akashic Research. I am charging forward to demonstrate the value of Akashic Records channeling IN therapy as helpful.

🌱And I'm planting that seed deep in the earth anywhere learning and research happens for clinicians.

ACEP is a much larger academic platform leading the charge on energy psychology and client healing, and this gives me the space to talk about the theoretical connection between the Akashic field and nonlocal energy systems. That's fancy language for "hey, let's make a connection between Akashic Records and the human AND look at its power as a healing tool in👏 mental 👏 health👏care👏

We were selected as part of the 30 out of 70 submissions.💃🏻

I cried. I couldn't even get it out on the phone to my husband. This is glorious. Lots of momentum happening right now. I'm catching my wave ya'll. 🌊🏄‍♀️

My research is now registered with the clinical trials gov. formal registry. Which means you can now watch the process evolve in a public space as we post updates on our results.

While we could have done this sooner, we weren't aware this listing was for more than just RCT's. We learned that this registry is considered best practice for any research that wants to be taken seriously. And we take ourselves very seriously.👯‍♀️ Now that we have been approved and listed there with the big dogs, it feels like a moment, and here's why:

Of the 530,000 studies nationally recognized, there is only 1 on Akashic Records... and it's us. 💥

My little team of 3. Not funded by a large corporation or university, but bootstraped and powered by passionate women who believed in the unpaved road.

We are the first to study the impact of Akashic Sessions on mental health change. We are the first to take validated mental health clinical scales and apply them to people who have received Akashic Record sessions. And not with a handful of people, but with 100 people. And we're not just getting the numbers, we're getting the qualitative data from 50 of the interviewed participants. This is a solid, robust showing. Yes, it is.

I like to think of it like an abrupt sequin barrel roll onto a stage previously drab and vanilla. Who formally studies a psychic mystical modality involving channeling the past life and ancestral karma of others??? I do.

And now that we're listed on clinicaltrials.gov, it feels like we've arrived. And the becoming is at a new phase. And for this, I came. And for this, I continue.

Why are we feeling this milestone?

Lets talk about it...

⚡️No more weekends. I worked every Saturday and Sunday for over a year and added 4 additional slots to my weekly calendar in addition to my current caseload and Akashic Training calendar 😮‍💨
🤓 No more chasing people down for paperwork completion on tedious timelines (Shout out Betsy! Who wants this job? Nobody. But Betsy did it like a BOSS)
📝 No more screening and interviewing participants (Do you know how many informed consents Sarah has had to read to participants, over 115+, line by line. Sarah... girl... deep🙏)

👉 It takes a team of badass women 👭 to pull this off.

It requires things most people don't have:

💥A combination of serious grit, bullish determination, acute precision, unwavering commitment for the long, long, haul, and a deep sense of purpose.

I am tearing up 😢 thinking about my team and the integrity they reveal about themselves through this monumental project. 🙏 Personally, these women are restoring a wound within me of trusting my life's work to others. They are healing lifetimes of betrayal and lone wolf walking. We are a tribe and it feels like for THIS ‼️we came.

2️⃣And also: continued coding of the qualitative data (WOOT WOOT to our volunteer data team of 4 additional souls who agreed to commit to our cause who have been working weekly behind the scenes reviewing client transcripts)

3️⃣And then next: Writing a full analysis and getting this published in a respectable academic journal.

4️⃣And at some point (but definitely for
certain): world domination 🤣

I can promise you that I'll choose to send back compassion and that I can hold steady for a diversity of ideas to coexist.

Imagine that, imagine that. 👀

Some think the Akasha is just for personal healing, but the Akashic field holds memories of all earth cycles, including government and trauma on land. I share information about these in our monthly free Akashic Predictions every month.

The statements in this video are some of the most repetitive statements I hear in the Akasha when clients ask me about social and political unrest. It doesn't get a lot of attention, though, because, well, peace isn't viral. Right now, hate is. And that's unfortunate 😕

I often sit around and wonder if we are all watching ourselves from a larger zoom and thinking about the long game or if we're just reacting to trauma moment to moment?
