"Light the F.I.R.E. Within"
What causes people to live with more health and vitality than ever dreamed possible? In order to "Light the F.I.R.E Within" we need to understand where that fire comes from, what fuels your fire, and what puts it out.

F.I.R.E. is an acronym that reveals the secrets of longevity.
Find the source of life within our body…

Our number one priority in longevity should be to maintain the proper flow and connection between the brain and all the body parts. As long as this connection remains intact your brain can "Light the Fire Within"; controlling, coordinating, and connecting every body part, powering it toward optimal function and optimal health.

Investigate the water that puts our fire out.

The number one cause of interference to the nervous system is…. Subluxation. Subluxations can be caused by poor posture, lifting, car accidents, sports injuries, stress, childhood falls, and even the birth process itself. This is why your spine should be maintained from birth.

Realigning spinal bone for maximum nerve flow.

Your spine has two main functions: it protects the delicate spinal cord (and nerves) and forms the supporting backbone of the skeleton. As long as these 24 movable bones (vertebrae) are in their natural healthy position they will protect the brain from powerful messages surging past them energizing your body to function and heal to its maximum potential over your lifetime.

Energizing the body for maximum output.

Today in Chiropractic offices ever where, Chiropractic doctors adjust spines, release nerve flow and "Light the Fire Within" in order to energize families to be healthier from the inside out.

Florida friends...Hurricane/Storm Reminder!

1) Make sure that you have your homeowners' policies and flood policies in a secure place.

2) Take photographs/video of your property and contents (PRIOR to the storm) in the event that anything gets damaged.

If you have shutters, or you are securing your property in any other manner, make sure that you document same with depictions of the protection that you put in place.

3) In the event that you sustain property damage, take photographs/videos of your property and contents (IMMEDIATELY AFTER) the storm. Additionally, DO NOT discard anything until the insurance company has had an opportunity to inspect the property/items.

*In March 2023, Florida laws changed with respect to victims of property damage, and insurance companies are using this as an opportunity to take advantage of innocent homeowners who become victims of storm damage. You must know your rights before simply accepting their unilateral determination that you do not have a covered loss or their attempt to lowball you on a policy that you have been dutifully paying.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us Ehrlich & Naparstek, Injury Trial Attorneys.

Be safe!

Here is some info about the storm from a friend Matt Naparstek.

Getting To Know Dr. Palmer

Dr. Wayne D. Palmer is a 1997 graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, MO, and is a veteran of the United States Air Force and the Air National Guard. Prior to moving to Stuart, FL in June 2018, he practiced chiropractic medicine in Goldsboro, North Carolina for 20 years. From 1997-2015, he was also an anatomy and physiology instructor for Mount Olive University in North Carolina, and currently teaches locally at Indian River State College and Fortis Institute. Dr. Palmer has been certified through the Spine Research Institute for the treatment of injuries related to motor vehicle accidents, and is a contributing author on the book, “Neck Pain, Neck Pain – You Don’t Want It, You don’t Need It” (Fernandez Press, 2007). He has had extensive experience in treating neck pain, headaches, lower back pain, sciatica, and auto accident injuries for both adults and children using various adjusting techniques including; Diversified Technique, Gonstead Technique, Meric Full Spine Specific Technique, Sacral Occipital Technique and Thompson Technique.

Dr. Palmer’s journey in Chiropractic truly began at the age of 16 when he received an injury to his lower back during a high school football game. It wasn’t until a few years later, while in the United States Air Force that he realized his previous football and military injuries were contributing to the nightly pain radiating down his legs. While visiting his parents in Missouri, he told his mother, a chiropractic student at the time, about the pain he was experiencing, and she recommended he seek the help of a chiropractor. That chiropractic treatment changed his world, and he decided he wanted to dedicate the rest of his life doing the same for others!

Dr. Palmer is married with 3 children, and when not spending time with his family, enjoys flying remote control airplanes and helicopters. His vast knowledge, experience, and passion for changing the lives of others, help him to give exemplary care to his patients, helping them to recover and maintain their health through chiropractic.
