My son Josiah knows the drill!

What a privilege to care for his developing spine. This area I adjusted today is a very important junction that ties his shoulders and his hips together into his core. Remember that the spine is like a fuse box and an adjustment is like a flipping of the switch.

As active as he is keeping his spine's active range of motion (ability to move freely with strength) as close to ideal as possible is a priority.

For parents who may be wondering where the value is in alignment and at the very least monitoring of your child's spinal health... The same principles apply from orthodontic care of teeth.
