Today, we honor Juneteenth, a significant day in American history. Also known as Freedom Day and Emancipation Day, Juneteenth marks the end of slavery in the United States. It's a time to celebrate African American and Black culture, achievements, and contributions.

At BlueSprig, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. Every employee should feel valued and respected, and we work tirelessly to make that a reality. Let’s give Randall a round of applause! 👏

Not only is she an incredible Intern and future BCBA, but she’s also Miss Boone County! Randall is using her platform to fight for the rights of people with disabilities, especially those with Autism.

She recently met with Representative Gregg Bush and Senator Stephen Webber to discuss the importance of ABA therapy, her work with BlueSprig, and her future goals as a BCBA. 🗣💡

Randall is also pushing for 504 plans for all students who need them. She is a shining example of what it means to be living our values. 🌟💙
