Monica Hall
Monica has been in the healthcare field for over 10 years. She began her journey with this company as a Resident Services Supervisor and has since worked her way up to the role of Executive Director.
She is deeply passionate about what she does and takes pride in the quality of care and leadership she provides. Monica loves working in this industry because it allows her to make a meaningful differences in people's lives every single day.
Supporting seniors and their families during such an important stage of life is both an honor and a responsibility she takes to heart.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, she brings a strong clinical foundation to her work, which helps enhance the care and understanding we provide to our residents. Whether it's through direct care, team leadership, or improving operational processes,she finds deep fulfillment in helping others live with dignity, comfort, and purpose.
