Fun fact: the doctor who delivered my twins is one of my old college roommates, and one of my best friends💕

Dr. Mary Langenstroer, and fellow small business owner, just introduced Cerene® Cryotherapy at her practice, Zenith Women's Health OBGYN in Celebration.

It’s a quick in-office treatment for heavy or painful periods, about 2½ minutes, no incisions or anesthesia, and most patients return to normal activities within 24 hours. Similar to an ablation but a newer cryotherapy version of endometrial ablation that freezes instead of using heat, and many patients like it because it’s quick and can be done right in the regular office setting.

As far as I know, Palm Coast doesn’t currently offer this treatment, so I wanted to share her announcement for anyone who may want to learn more and may need this.

Who knew solving a murder could be so much fun?

Thank you Poppy’s True Market for hosting such a unique evening! I love supporting local small businesses!

Met complete strangers, worked as a team, and cracked the case at their Murder Mystery Dinner. Highly recommend grabbing tickets to their next event! It was Mr. GREEN by the way!!!

Salus was the Roman goddess of health, safety, wellness, and prosperity.

That name means something to me.

Last week, I took 8 hours alone to attend a retreat and reset.
No distractions. No responsibilities. Just space to think and breathe.

I’ve never done that before.
I won’t wait that long again.

That’s real.
