Aloha guys!🌺 So it’s taken me a LONG time to share these photos, mainly because my life took a very drastic and unexpected turn within a week of this festival, my entire life changed in ways I could’ve never predicted, and only now am I finally beginning to heal 💜 from the repercussions of what happened during the spring eclipse season of April 2023. And this particular festival, Aqueous Connection, that I had the privilege of teaching an Aerial Yoga workshop at, and the one I went to after, Fireflies Forest in Miami, both fell within this eclipse window 🌘 So I knew something big was going to happen, but definitely did not expect things to play out in the way that they did. Which again is why it’s taken me so long to even post these. But today I feel like it’s finally time, so this was my experience at 2023, and would also love to give a huge THANK YOU to the whole team behind the scenes who made it happen including Jess, Chloe, Camila, Chris, PJ, and all the other awesome ppl I met while there, and for allowing me the privilege of attending and getting to be a part of this magical weekend. Also thank you to Bernie & Rhonda for hosting us all on your beautiful property, you guys are the best. Would love to come back next year if it happens, but we’ll see 😄💖🙏💜🦋

Aloha all!😄🌺🦋Listen, I know it’s been a minute, but I’ve basically been on a 2 year hiatus from everything, have been on a very long cross country journey where I’ve been taking time to figure many things out & sort through all the trauma and chaos from the last few years. It’s been a very challenging journey to healing, but I finally feel like Im breaking through to the next level as of late. But recently I feel like I’ve finally stepped out of the darkness back into the light, with a new level of inspiration & creativity I haven’t felt in years. Aloha Uplift Yogis! 🦋 In honor of our 6th anniversary of starting Uplift Yoga this month, we wanted to announce that as of the last few months we are officially back in business!! Yes it’s true, we know you’ve probably been wondering where we’ve been for the last couple of years. Well all I can say is we have gone through A LOT of changes since 2019 including relocating to Hawaii 🌺 but we are back and better than ever!! 💕 So for those of you locals who might reading this & to those who plan on visiting us in Honolulu anytime soon, we really hope to see you in a class or a private session with us soon! We’ve missed connecting with & seeing all of you in person & are so happy to be able to say WE’RE BACK AGAIN!! 💜
