🦵 How long can YOU stand on one leg?
Balance is a HUGE predictor of fall risk—and most people don’t even realize theirs is declining.
👉 Try this:
Stand on one leg (hands on hips, eyes open)
⏱️ What’s normal?
✔️ Under 60: ~30–45 seconds
✔️ 60+: ~15–30 seconds
🚨 If you’re under 10 seconds, your balance may need work!
