This Thanksgiving, let’s make sure every family has a reason to celebrate. We’re collecting non-perishable food items to help fill tables and hearts in our community.

You can Drop off donations at Circle of Health Family Practice, 10 Florida Park Dr N, Ste B, Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm and Friday between 8am-12pm

Circle of Health Family Practice is a Nurse Practitioner run office. Christina and Jennifer see children and adults, ages 6 and up. We provide services such as primary care, preventative health care, chronic disease management, adult physicals, well child checks, sports physicals, women’s health services, Medicare physicals, diabetic exams, weight management, and bioidentical hormone replacement.

Our team strives to provide the highest standard of service to all our patients. We pride ourselves in delivering affordable, quality health care and putting our patients’ needs at the heart of all we do.
