Exercise is medicine 💪🏼❤️

Doctors orders: Find a form of exercise you love, and do it more often.

Personally, hiking is one of my favorite forms of exercise. That burn you get in your legs and your chest while ascending a steep trail to get to that beautiful view is unbeatable. The endorphins that run through your body as you descend back down the trail are indescribable.

At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what exercise it is, just don’t stop doing it*

Dr. Alyssa Romero was born and raised in the Coachella Valley. She created Coachella Valley Chiropractic to give back to her community and help her patients achieve a pain free, active lifestyle. Dr. Romero graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southern California University of Health Sciences-Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (LACC) with and Emphasis in Sports Medicine. She offers spinal and extremity adjusting, soft tissue work such as Manual Release Technique, and sports injury prevention or rehabilitation exercise programming.
