A fun and engaging 45-minute yoga class for kids ages 6-12!

A free Iyengar Yoga class in a safe space for those who are in a 12-step recovery program 🙏🏽🌺!

Fridays from 4:00 to 5:15 pm Pacific Time

A 75-minute Iyengar yoga class where participants can learn practical tools to reduce stress, steady the mind, and navigate cravings or triggers with greater ease. 🪷🧘🏽‍♂️
