It has been awhile since I’ve shared my lash story.

Especially with not posting for a couple of months. So much to catch up on. This usually takes a back seat when life is happening. Who agrees?

I’d like to share a small story about how I got into the Industry. 🫶🏼

Nothing happens by accident and I’m happy to be able to be doing what I do.

Having a pink collar job that let’s me connect with woman to help cultivate a sense of confidence and connection through lashing is my mission.

Over the years of growing this business I’ve learned to provide a sense of intention, I take honor & pride in what I do, I listen and do my best to provide what my client is seeking.

I’ve connected with so many of you & value what you share with me. We love a good lash therapy session.

No two eyes are the same so therefore no two lash sets should be the same either.

This is why customized lash mapping is so important.

We steer away from “cookie cutter” lashes because having lashes sets that match your facial features is for complementing not distracting.

“Cookie Cutter” sets meaning the same lash mapping on all the clients. These type of sets are what separate a lash tech from an advanced lash artist.

On top of all the things we learn as a lash artist, being able to notice all the facial features and being able to complement them with lashes should be top priority.

Took a break from posting last week cause this month has been jam packed. Anyone else?

Posting & showing up on here tends to be put last on my list when things get busy & im trying to be better 🙌🏼

I appreciate everyone who has told me in person that they see me out here trying to stay consistent & show up!🤍
Knowing that you take what I post & share with me your feedback in person speaks volumes!

It’s takes a lot of mental focus & drive to get into this habit.
If I’m being honest, I’m still learning how to get in a better routine with social media.

By now I’m sure you have noticed some changes with my lash styling, if not I’m here to share some info. Especially when it comes to this type of styling… WISPY LASHES!

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙥𝙮 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙨?
When it comes to Wispy lashes… think spiky texture + airyness (space between the spikes)
It gives a fluttery, feathery look. It can also vary with spikes, so it can get very spiky or very subtle.

𝘾𝙖𝙣 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙥𝙮 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙨?
The best part, anyone can have wispy lashes. These lashes can be for your every day look without over doing the volume & fullness, which is what makes some people steer away from certain styles like mega volume. This is super customized to your liking.

𝙄𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙚𝙨?
No, not at all. It may require at little more tlc when it comes to brushing to keep the spikes in places, but nothing to over think with this look.

Here’s why Classic lashes are still classy 🙌🏼

✨Not everyone wants all that extra fluff.

✨Classic can still provide enough thickness for your client with their own natural lashes.

✨ Not everyone can handle or is a candidate for Volume/Russian volume.

✨ Classic is often preferred as an everyday look/style.

To Keep Perfecting Your Craft 👏🏼🙌🏼

To the left was about 3 years ago, just learning everything about lashing.. looking at that I was perfecting my timing over my quality of lashing (if you worked with me at the lash studio, then you know the struggle) 😅

But Tbh, looking back now, getting my time down first was everything! Over time I’ve learned how to perfect my lash positioning, my isolation & now work on MY time.
