The most asked question is, how often should you have a massage? ⁣
For relaxation, As often as you like and can afford. Weekly, monthly, or longer. ⁣

For pain relief, leave at least three days between massages to allow muscles to recover. Weekly sessions are best until the pain subsides. ⁣
⁣
To relieve knots weekly is advised for at least four weeks to work out knots fully, and after that, monthly sessions to prevent them from reoccurring.⁣
