Your Wellness Mode consultant will provide personalized meal plans based on your goals. These menus include a weekly shopping list for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and three snacks in between meals. Day to day serving sizes and carbohydrate counts are also included to give you all the tools you need to succeed. The length of time you participate in the Wellness Mode diet will be determined by your Wellness Mode consultant and your individual goals. The objective of the diet as a whole is to teach you to eat smarter and learn how to identify ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle well beyond the initial diet, which in turn will keep your weight right where you want it.
