💭 “This is my one millionth time joining wellness mode, jk, but it’s been several times. I trust these ladies with my literally life which is why I keep coming back. I went down a dark hole a couple months back, in which I’m still trying to recover from mentally and physically. One day, 12 weeks ago I told myself enough is enough and texted my dear friends. I decided to go with the newest Program E. I enjoyed it very much. I even added the one veggie I said I would NEVER add …mushrooms! I didn’t quite exercise , but I did catch myself up the “Bump and Grind” a few times. I would be lying if I said I didn’t want to give up a few times, but overall I had a great experience as I had the support of my friends and family which made it 10 times easier. I’m not at my goal weight YET, but 20lbs is a start! “

💭 “Bittersweet knowing that my program has come to an end this 12 weeks have been amazing!!!!! I’m extremely grateful for all the support encouragement and motivation I received through this whole journey reminding me to believe in myself and that I have to power to make a life style change to stay healthy and make better choices to fuel my body , and to have the mindset of Being stronger than any excuses nothing is impossible .After having my son about 15 months ago I went through postpartum depression and had no self love no will to lose the weight, but this program has help me get back on track its helped me with my mental health my self-esteem and my confidence I now have more energy and feel great ♥️🙏
