Soul Dive Yoga

Soul Dive Yoga is a studio located on El Paseo in the heart of Palm Desert, California. Soul Dive is a space that welcomes our community to come as they are.

Soul Dive offers a variety of classes for all levels of practitioner including Gentle Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Slow Flow. Soul Dive Yoga is a yoga studio rooted in movement, connection and evolution. We offer classes for all levels of practice and a variety of styles that reflect the passion and expertise of our teachers. All of the classes speak specifically to the students, recognizing that no two bodies are the same and considering the various demographics in the Coachella Valley. Whether coming together for movement or meditation, respite or retail (therapy), we welcome everyone through the door for some much needed soulful connection.

Join us for a seasonal tune up with Acupuncture and Sound. The focus will be needle points on head, hands, or feet, by a licensed acupuncturist, to give you a boost of Wellness for the current season.

This will be accompanied by a soothing sound bath to stimulate healing, and calm your nervous system, guiding you into a a state of restful awareness.
