** Celebrating Naturopathic Medicine Week **

Have you met Shannon Sinsheimer, ND? Dr. Sinsheimer opened Optimal Health, the Coachella Valley's first naturopathic clinic fourteen years ago and continues to provide quality primary care and specialty services to our community.

She earned her medical doctorate from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon, and now actively legislates on behalf of her profession.

Dr. Sinsheimer has been nominated as one of Coachella Valley's Women of Impact 2022. With this nomination comes a responsibility to continue to educate women on the risks and prevention of heart disease.

Over the next month we will be posting opportunities to assess your own heart health, make heart healthy nutrition and lifestyle changes, and learn skills to help others, such as online CPR training.
