I created Thrive to be a healthy haven that nourishes my clients' bodies, minds and spirits through upbeat, uplifting and FUN workouts and nutritional counseling that help them blossom and grow into their best selves. I believe that fitness should be a life-affirming, exciting, heart-pounding, blood-pumping, energizing experience so that you love it enough to come back and workout day after day. Thrive is no meathead gym -all of my clients are thoughtful, smart, busy, successful women and men that want to work with a specialist that values their time, money and commitment. Because hitting your protein doesn’t have to mean cooking complicated meals or spending hours in the kitchen.

There are actually a ton of easy high protein options sitting right in the grocery store.

A few of our regular grabs:

~Greek yogurt
~Rotisserie chicken
~Pre-made meats like carnitas
~Turkey bacon
~Beef sticks & jerky

We love quick, convenient, and easy to pair with meals or snacks when life is busy.
