I recently gave a lecture for the Brain Health Club at The Villages discussing the latest research on dementia prevention, brain resilience, nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress reduction, and healthy aging.
One major study found that 71% of participants improved or stabilized with intensive lifestyle changes.
