The worst thing you can do is clamp down harder.

Many women are told to โ€œjust squeezeโ€ or do a Kegel while running. But your pelvic floor doesnโ€™t work like a brick it works like a spring.

Your muscles still need to work.

If you rely on external support all day, every day, your core can get used to that help instead of rebuilding strength from within.
