My heart runs so deep for this group. They give so much of their time, energy, and love to our clients and to the greater good of Natural Balance. Like so many of us, it doesn’t always come easy to put ourselves on the priority list—let alone at the top.

In celebration of our 17th anniversary last month, I brought the team to .yoga.studios for a restorative chakra-balancing and sound healing session. My sincere thanks to Elizabeth and Lucy for holding space and sharing the care we needed most. The experience was a meaningful reminder that self-care is not optional—it’s essential to our work, and to life itself. 💜

I have immense gratitude for my team. Each therapist at Natural Balance holds a special place in our family, bringing not only their own unique healing abilities but also a heart full of love, kindness, and care.

Together, they pour their energy into creating a safe, nurturing space where our clients can find balance, renewal, and peace. What makes this group so extraordinary is that while each therapist shines in their own way, the harmony of their gifts creates something even greater when woven together.

It’s because of their dedication, compassion, and spirit that Natural Balance has grown into what it is today. I couldn’t be more proud or more thankful to walk this journey with them.

It has been a true privilege and honor to hold space for our community over the past 17 years! Time has flown by, yet each year is etched in my memory - filled with gratitude, growth, and countless meaningful moments. I’m deeply thankful for the journey, the relationships, and the continued opportunity to serve and grow with this incredible community.

I say it every year, but it’s always true - my team is one in a million! Each and every member holds a special place in our center. It’s their unique blend of professional expertise and individual personality that makes our center truly exceptional. I’m so grateful to work alongside such a dedicated, talented, and inspiring group of people.

To our valued community, we are deeply grateful for your continued support and the many gestures of kindness you’ve shown us over the years. To continue to serve you with the high quality experience you deserve and to better support our therapists, beginning Sept 1, 2025, we will be implementing a modest price increase. Current packages along with our anniversary sales may be purchased during the month of August. As always, we will continue to offer service packages in the future.

Lila has opened her schedule and will be available every other Sunday! We know many of you have been asking for this option, and we are so excited! 🌿🤍🙏

Lila has been an LMT for over 10 years and is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Lila has also spent the past two years specializing in Manual Lymphatic Drainage for Oncology patients. She promotes MLD for pre/post-op care, pain management, enhancing movement and function, and overall boosting the immune system.

As a New Jersey native, Lila graduated from the National Massage Therapy Institute in 2014. With a passion for healing and helping others, Lila continues to study all aspects of holistic living and healing. She believes in mind over body and focuses on the body’s innate wisdom and capacity for healing.

Lila continues to dedicate herself to building and growing within her industry. With over a decade of hands-on experience in both clinical and spa settings, Renee is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist committed to helping clients achieve optimal wellness. She specializes in a wide range of techniques, including Deep Tissue Therapies, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Thai on the table and Cupping Therapy.

Renee has worked alongside chiropractors and wellness professionals to provide tailored therapeutic care, and she also has extensive experience in spa environments delivering holistic treatments for the body and mind.

Known for her intuitive touch, excellent communication, and professional reliability; Renee strives to create a calm, healing space for every client whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking relaxation.
