Our practitioners focus on rehabilitative therapies and stay up to date with current and advanced techniques to better serve you. We invite you to our 3000 sqft wellness sanctuary that is conveniently located on Alternate 19 across from the Palm Harbor post office. We are SO excited to welcome Belkys (pronounced bell-keys) to our team! 🌿🙌

Belkys is an avid runner with a strong belief in health, movement, and whole-body wellness. She has been a licensed massage therapist since 2014 and brings extensive experience in therapeutic and sports-focused bodywork. Fun fact - Belkys worked with the Tampa Bay Storm football team, where she gained experience in applying advanced sports massage techniques to support performance, enhance recovery, and aid injury prevention within a high-demand athletic environment!

Belkys offers a range of therapeutic services, including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Technique, and Cupping. Belkys also provides Swedish, Prenatal massage, postoperative Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Sports massage, incorporating both active and assisted stretching to enhance mobility, function, and recovery.
