Please join me for a 75 min yoga self-care class after the major holiday. This afternoon session will start with some powerful pranayama (yogic breathing exercises) followed by three gentle movements in standing to work the nervous system and to wake up the awareness in the body – also a wonderful short practice to reduce pain in the body. The rest of the class we will practice gentle yoga poses that will restore mobility, strength and balance at any stage of life. You will leave this class balanced and alert in body and mind...
This session will be offered as a hybrid class, in-studio and online.
