Theresa is a Florida licensed massage therapist, polarity practitioner, Reiki Master, and Kai Chi Do instructor. She provides companionate, beautiful heart connections with others. She believes that healing comes from within and everyone has the power to heal, and often times we need to be reminded or shown what balance and relaxation feels like. Whether its conducting groups, providing individual sessions, or just connecting one-on-one, Theresa is dedicated to helping others reclaim their inner healer
