Dr. Joel Epstein Dr. Joel Epstein established his practice in Palm Harbor in 1983. He is Board Certified in Foot & Ankle Surgery.

He is currently on staff at Mease/Morton Plant Hospital. Dr. Epstein enjoys the diversity he sees every day in his practice. Children, athletes, weekend warriors, diabetics and the elderly are well represented. He finds it gratifying to see some of his youngest patients return as parents bringing in their own children. Our office takes great pride in keeping people moving.
