Hello Human,

I’m Allison, a curious soul on a human adventure. Breath&Flame began in 2019 as an extension of my deep passion for breathwork, ceremony, and mentorship. It started as a space for me to offer healing practices, a sanctuary for humans to gather and connect with their deeper selves. Over the years, I’ve witnessed profound transformations, both within myself and those who have joined me on this journey.

As Breath&Flame evolved, I began to see how the elements of ritual could be infused into everyday life. The creation of our non-toxic soy wax intention candles and ritual tools were crafted to inspire mindfulness, self-care, and intentional living— energetically charged to support personal reflection, healing, and intention-setting. These offerings embody the same spirit of connection and oneness I’ve always strived to bring into offerings.

Today, Breath&Flame is about kindling the flames of transformation in all areas of life. Through intentional products and sacred practices, it’s my passion to hold space for healing, growth, and magic of LIVING LIFE ON PURPOSE.
