That deep, behind-the-eyes headache? Your suboccipitals might be behind it.

These tiny muscles at the base of your skull control micro-movements and head alignment, but tension here can lead to headaches and eye strain.
Massage releases deep knots, improves head mobility, and brings relief.

Neck pain, tingling arms, and shallow breathing can all connect back to your scalenes.

These three small muscles help bend your neck and assist breathing, but when they tighten, they can pinch nerves and restrict circulation.

Your traps do more than look tense — they hold your head up all day long.”
Overworked from stress, desk work, and posture, tight upper traps can pull your neck and shoulders into a constant slump.
Massage melts away that tension, helping you breathe easier and move more freely.

Do you think your psoas may be tight? When your psoas is tight it can cause hip pain, low back pain, groin pain and abdomen pain.

If you spend a substantial amount of time sitting at a desk, get up and give yourself a brain break. Walk around, let your body move so you’re not getting stuck in painful patterns. 🚶‍♀️

How do you save your self? Is your desk ergonomic? Do you have a standing desk? Is your screen eye level?

This rainy morning was spent reconnecting with Juli and Michael from my Whole Body View training last month. We got together to talk a little deeper about the work, and Michael worked on one of us while the other observed.

It was such a valuable way to deepen our understanding of the body and see the method in action. I’m excited to continue exploring this approach as I consider moving forward with the fall certification program.

How lucky am I to have chosen a career that keeps evolving and inspires me every single day!
