Low Tide Yoga Yoga, because that sh*t feels good. Mobile & Onsite classes for everyBODY. Teaching Yoga since 2004, I recognize the need for variety within the yoga community.

So many shy away with assumptions of, 'I'm not strong enough, flexible enough", etc. Or "yoga is boring, it's too 'granola' ". I am here to break that mold. Yoga is for everyBODY, we are not the norm. Class should brings smiles, laughter, and a sense of peace. We should leave our mats feeling humbled, but stronger. Our practice on our mats, laughter and all- becomes a metaphor for how we live OFF

of our yoga mats. Life is a balance. Lets be kinder to others, and also kinder to ourselves. Let go of expectations, set healthy boundaries. Be present. Yoga- Because that sh!t feels good- we wouldn't do it if it didn't!

Meet Bosco with the irresistible smile!
He is a 2-3 yrs old hound mix weighing about 55 lbs.

Bosco is an absolute HOOT!
He is ALL personality— a comedian and the life of the party.

Where to start? First and foremost, Bosco insists you stop whatever you’re doing for chest scratches and belly rubs… non-negotiable. Want to go for a walk? The toll is chest scratches and belly rubs. That’s just the deal!

Beyond being a total love bug, he’s charming, funny, and just so much fun to be around. We can totally picture him with kids—running and playing in the backyard, then coming inside for some Netflix and chill time on the couch. He’ll be your built-in best friend, keeping everyone laughing and soaking up all the love.

Bosco tests well with other dogs but isn’t very interested—he mostly does his own thing. He’s all about his people. And to top it off, Bosco is slightly cross-eyed, which somehow makes him even CUTER.

Please help us find this special boy a home that will love and cherish him. Bosco is heartworm positive. This is not contagious to others. Treatment provided by Suncoast Animal League.
