Something beautiful is happening inside Sukha Social Club

The group is gaining momentum — and there’s still room for you.

This is for wellness-focused women who are craving deeper ways to connect. Not just community… but real friendships. The kind that grow from shared experiences, meaningful conversations, and time spent together in presence.

Inside the club, we gather in simple, soulful ways:
• Twice-weekly walks that turn into honest conversations
• Our first spiritual adventure — a day at a monastery for mindfulness and stillness
• Stillpoint meditation
• Book club that actually lands
• Soulful Sips — because connection doesn’t have to be serious to be sacred

With 2–3 activities a week, you get to choose how you engage. Dip your toes in. Come to what calls you. Let it unfold naturally.

If you’ve been wanting connection that feels grounded, nourishing, and real — this might be your place.

A small shift. A big exhale.

Notice where your tongue is right now.
If it’s pressing up against the roof of your mouth, gently let it drop.

When the tongue softens and pulls away, the vagus nerve gets the message: you’re safe.

The throat relaxes.
The neck unclenches.
The nervous system stops bracing.

This is one of the simplest ways to invite ease back into the body—no fixing, no effort. Just space.

Try it the next time you feel tight, rushed, or caught in your head.
Let the tongue rest heavy.
Let the breath deepen.

Your body knows how to settle when you give it permission.

Feeling deeply grateful to be featured with some of Palm Springs’ most loved small hotels ✨

There’s something about this desert that naturally invites you to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself. Palm Springs has long been a quiet wellness destination—where design, nature, and intention meet—and I’m honored to be woven into that experience.

If you’re planning a stay in Palm Springs, know that the healing here isn’t just in the sun and palm trees—it’s in the spaces created for rest, resonance, and ease.

This week I had the honor of speaking with and at the + conference to a room full of CEOs and founders.

Our segment focused on something we don’t talk about enough at that level: how entrepreneurs prevent burnout before it costs them their health, creativity, and presence.

I shared the Live Easy Method and how I design my days to be padded—not packed. Space for me. Space for what matters. Space to breathe.

Rest isn’t optional. It’s a strategy.
And yes… I protect mine like a medieval castle—dragons, moat, the whole thing 🐉🏰

Because when I’m rested, regulated, and resourced, I can show up fully for my clients, my work, and my life.

Burnout isn’t a badge of honor.
Ease is a leadership skill.

Evolution doesn’t always look dramatic.

Sometimes it looks like quietly laying something down with respect.

Yoga gave me so much.
But what I saw underneath it all was this:

When the nervous system feels safe, everything changes.

The Live Easy Method was born from that truth.

The full story is in Substack.

Gentle reminder: your body is always listening.

Today inside the Live Easy Method Movement, we begin simply — with soft neck stretches designed to awaken the vagus nerve, the pathway that helps you feel safe, engaged, and connected to life around you.

So much of modern living pulls the head forward and the nervous system into quiet vigilance. These slow, mindful movements invite the opposite. Space. Breath. Presence.

As you lengthen through the sides of the neck and allow the jaw to soften, notice what shifts. Many people feel an almost immediate sense of settling — like the body remembers it doesn’t have to hold everything so tightly.

This is the work.

The Live Easy Method Movement sessions are more than a class — they are a lifestyle integration. A way of meeting your body daily with attentiveness so emotional resilience becomes something you live inside, not something you chase.

Small movements. Meaningful awareness. Lasting change.

If your body has been asking for a kinder pace, consider this your invitation to begin.

I’m opening 2–3 private beta spaces for a new experience I’m quietly building…The Nervous System Reset.

This is for the woman who appears very capable on the outside…yet inside, her body is asking for a different pace.

You may be high-functioning but easily overwhelmed.Self-aware, yet tired of holding it all together.Strong, but sensing there is a more supported way to live.

This is not about fixing yourself. And it’s not for someone looking for a quick strategy.

It is for the woman who is ready to feel safer in her body, understand her emotional landscape, and relate to her life from a more regulated place.

Inside this beta, we’ll work gently and directly with your nervous system using simple, powerful practices rooted in emotional resilience — supported by sound, breath, and grounded awareness.

Because this is a beta container, I’m keeping it intentionally small and personal.I’m looking for women who are willing to show up, notice what shifts, and share honest reflections as this work takes shape.

If your body softened even slightly while reading this… that’s often how you know.

Comment or message me RESET and I’ll send the details.

Live easy,
Lisa
