3 Tips to Feel More Joyous & At Ease With Your Loved Ones This Holiday Season
The holidays are near, and for many of us, that means spending time with family— including that one family member who seems to know how to push our buttons.
Maybe you’ve noticed you’re snapping at the kids, feeling irritated with your spouse, or losing patience with people who think and act differently than you. It’s frustrating, and deep down, you don’t want to react that way.

Here are 3 things you can start doing right now to make your life, your relationships, and this holiday season a whole lot easier:
1️⃣ Practice Selfish-Care.
It’s okay to put yourself first. Taking intentional time for YOU allows you to show up for others more peacefully. Start your mornings with quiet rituals, Treat yourself while holiday shopping, book a massage before a big gathering, or spend time in nature to recharge.
2️⃣ Regulate Your Nervous System.
When we live in a constant state of stress, we’re more reactive, burnt out, and prone to illness. Instead, focus on grounding yourself throughout the day. Walk outside, practice earthing, and take three deep, intentional breaths.
3️⃣ Focus Your Mindset.
