If you’re in Southern California or California in general, you should be using the app Watch Duty. This is how we can track what fires are contained and the percentage, along with red flag status and evacuation status. This is how we’re keeping tabs on the fires. Currently Riverside County has sent out notices that we are now in red flag status. Fortunately Palm Springs is east of Mount San Jacinto so we have a little bit of protection, but as most of us know that’s not always the case and are very susceptible to fires due to the lack of rain here. As always, please stay safe, everybody!!

How many of you see an alternative type of health provider? Meaning, not just allopathic health? Such as a naturopath, Reiki, acupuncture, Ayurvedic?
And if you do so, do you do it on a consistent and regular basis? I’m curious about how consistent people are with maintaining their healthcare across the different spectrums of healthcare providers.
